OUR PROCESS

Taste the difference, we use a 70 plus year old bread oven to bake our pizzas instead of the widely used conveyor ovens— and the difference is clear from the first bite. Our Gas Carousel Bread Oven takes a little longer to bake a pizza starting in a pan, but it is more consistent and locks in moisture creating a crispier crust when it’s taken out of the pan and finished! Conveyor ovens, are easier to manage, cook faster using forced heated air from the top and bottom, its not as consistent and cooks’ pizza differently depending on what toppings are on it and you can tell.

OUR HISTORY

Each day at Reddi's, we remember and celebrate the life of Bill Amato AKA "Mr. Reddi" by upholding the legacy he created. Since 1977, Mr. Amato, his wife Joanne, his five children, and later his grandchildren all worked together to run Reddi's as a true family business. Answering the phone and taking your orders was one of his favorite things in the world. He will forever be missed, but we will always feel his presence here.

We are so grateful for our loyal customers and staff who have supported our family business, allowing us to continue Bill's legacy and create memories that span through generations.
