OUR PROCESS

At our restaurant, we use a traditional bread oven to bake our pizzas instead of a standard conveyor oven — and the difference is clear from the first bite. The bread oven’s stone surface and radiant heat create a crisp, airy crust with a slight char that enhances flavor, while locking in moisture for a soft, chewy interior. Unlike conveyor ovens, which rely on forced air and consistent motion for speed, the bread oven allows for artisan-style cooking with greater temperature control and even heat distribution. This not only produces a more authentic, wood-fired flavor but also gives each pizza a handcrafted character that mass-produced methods can’t replicate.
OUR HISTORY

Each day at Reddi's, we remember and celebrate the life of Bill Amato AKA "Mr. Reddi" by upholding the legacy he created. Since 1977, Mr. Amato, his wife Joanne, his five children, and later his grandchildren all worked together to run Reddi's as a true family business. Answering the phone and taking your orders was one of his favorite things in the world. He will forever be missed, but we will always feel his presence here.
We are so grateful for our loyal customers and staff who have supported our family business, allowing us to continue Bill's legacy and create memories that span through generations.
